| What modifications do you have
to the car(s)? |
For now: MSD coils, Steeda Under drives, C&L 80mm
MAF, Steeda shifter, HPM uppers, drilled and slotted Hawk
rotors, high flow catted X pipe, and FRPP 3:73's...The Lightning...stock.
|
| |
| What mods to you have planned for
the future? |
I still have a set of PI heads and 268 Comp cams sitting
in my basement. LOL...
|
| |
| What was your original goal for
the car(s)? |
| I didn't realy have any goals until I got beat at a
light by a 60 year old lady driving a Buick!!! |
| |
| What is your present goal for car(s)? |
I'm looking forward to building my own 4.6 with the help
of my friends. |
| |
| What was your reason for buying
the car(s)? |
Mustangs are absolutely fun...
|
| |
| What other cars have you considered
buying/presently own? |
| Coming from a Chevrolet family (employees of GM) I'v
owned a crap load of GM products from my Camaro to a Monza
Spyder. I nearly purchased a 1998 SS Z28 on the GM family
discount plan.
|
| |
| What are some of your Car / Driver
achievements? |
Wow, that's a tough one....NONE! |
| |
| Shout outs to people that helped
you achieve these goals? |
I realy gotta say thanks to everyone on the SSOTN boards
because this is a place of knowledge and friendship. I pretty
much keep to myself and regret that I do not know more of
the members personally. But I really gotta say thanks to
Bob Lunner and Alain Alfaro, these guys are always willing
to help with the "little things". |
| |
| What is your Best 1/4 time? |
GT 14.3 - Lightning 13.6 |
| |
| Do you have any regrets along the
way? |
| No regrets ever...
|
| |
| What was or is your favorite vehicle
to this day and why? |
| Well my favorite all time favorite car was my 1980 Chevrolet
Monza Spyder. I replaced the 305 with a non-emissions 350.
That car rocked... |
| |
| What other things do you enjoy
besides cars? |
| Spending time with the family and watching them grow. I
also enjoy drumming... |
| |
| What upcoming events in 2006 do
you plan on racing in if any? |
| I'm hoping to attend / participate in the NATS. |
| |
| What is your favorite thing about
the Nats? |
| Meeting members and the "smack talk races". But
most of all, having my kids get into watching the races and
enjoying themselves. |
| |
| How did you find SSOTN? |
| I did a search on MSN and there it was. It was cool knowing
that alot of the guys were from the mid-atlantic region and
when I found out that SSOTN was holding a "get together"
at Cecil County dragway...I was hooked once I attended in
2001 (as a spectator). |
| |
| I heard you used to be a Chevy guy, what made you
switch sides? |
| Well, after owning my Chevy Monza, I always liked the idea
of a small car with a V8 engine. When I got the 85' Gt, I
was absolutely hooked. |
